1. How long do preorders take?

Preorders take 2–3 weeks to process. Once your preorder is completed, your item ships within 1–2 days.

2. How long do on-hand orders take?

On-hand items are processed in 1–2 business days after your order is received. Once processed, your order will ship the next business day.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final. No cancellations or changes can be made once the order is placed.

4. Do you offer refunds or returns?

All sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are only offered if you receive the wrong size or if there is vivid, noticeable damage to the product upon arrival.
You must provide clear photo or video proof of the incorrect or damaged item.

Please note: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping by third-party carriers. We highly recommend adding package protection at checkout to ensure your order is covered.

5. How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package on our website via the track your order page.

6. What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

If there’s a problem with your order, including receiving the wrong size or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately with your order number and proof of the issue.
